Today I'm talking about the Daily Show's camel mishap, the fast vote in Wisconsin that caused democratic politicians to chant SHAME, and Fox News's use of the wrong reaction clip for Ron Paul's straw poll victory, and first I don't mean to sound paranoid, but I was stalked by a police chopper yesterday. It was really weird. My car still isn't running, so I had walked about 2 miles to a grocery store. When I walked out, there was a chopper there, doing circles. I didn't think anything of it at all at first, but I walked along, and it started to seem a little bit like it was following me, which I first thought was just illusory because the chopper was above me but as I went on for two whole miles, that became harder and harder to deny. especially when I turned to go up the hill to my house, and the chopper followed me up, and then, when I went in the house, it went over to the house and circled it for an hour, 2 miles away from the grocery store where it had been circling when I first saw it. I'm just really confused by it; it seems like it must have just been a crazy coincidence because I really don't flatter myself in to thinking they're after me. It must have been like in that movie The Wrong Guy or something when the guy who thought he was being chased by police just coincidentally end up in spots where police were trying to track another guy.
